Loren qualified as a chartered accountant in South Africa, where she worked for Grant Thornton Johannesburg, and gained audit experience in a wide range of industries and companies both listed and unlisted. She then became the financial director of a large welfare organisation, gaining experience in the non-profit sector.
Loren migrated to Melbourne 18 years ago and after a brief period in business services began working in audit and assurance. Her wealth of audit experience and understanding of each client’s needs makes her able to provide a professional audit service to a broad range of clients from listed companies on the ASX to simple trust account audits. Many of her clients are those she started working with 15 years ago.
Loren is familiar with a range of accounting systems and has broad experience in internal control review. In addition, Loren has been involved in acquisitions and consolidations for both Australian and Overseas companies. She also has a wealth of experience in due diligence, predominantly in the Shopping Centre and Aged care sectors.
